Use a cloth and put on table 4. Dip newspaper in glue and put on balloon 5. Do it 4 times 6. Let dry on tray 7. Get white paper and dip in glue and put it on 2 times 8. Paint it with a brush 9. Make a basket with cardboard 10. use a string and connect it to the basket 11. connect the basket to the balloon 12. Pop the balloon with a needle 13. hang it to the ceiling
